Why So Serious?

Hey guys,
Did u ever came across with "Why so serious? " so frequently these days?
And eventually u get annoyed by it ?
People just tend to speak it at the wrong time.
U can't just go up to a person like " Hey dude?? Why so Serious?? "
BECAUSE it's WRONG... People will take u like a freako or stg.

Basically situation like these will be best , when u can use the phrase to the maximum lenght:

A policeman stops u after u crossed the blardy red light,
" eh encik , lu sudah lalu traffic light tu bila ia tukar warna merah"
Simply use:
" WHY SO SERIOUSS ??? "

U notice ur neighbour is changing her cloths next door, climb over and grab on the window.
if she yells " aaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!"
go on with the phrase " WHY SO SERIOUSSS?? "
